SHIPPING AND PICKUP POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Gshirt Shop products are made to order. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production after all order details and any required design proof have been approved.

Orders requiring additional design work, large quantities, specialty items, or customer revisions may require additional processing time. We will contact you if an order is expected to take longer.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is $6.95 per order. Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard orders generally arrive within approximately 8–12 business days after the order is placed and all necessary information is received. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customer revisions, or incomplete order information.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.

Gshirt Shop is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at no additional charge. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving. Pickup is by appointment or during the pickup times provided in your notification.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that a package is lost or your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly at gshirt.shopp@gmail.com with your order number and photographs when applicable. We will help review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
